Your domestic US order will be shipped through USPS Priority Mail and arrive within 2-5 business days. You can also select one of our many options for shipping at checkout, which are calculated based on your region and weight of your order.
International Shipping Options
Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight of your purchase and the courier that you choose. We currently offer international shipping via UPS and DHL Express.
* Please note: International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes and/or customs processing fees, which are determined by the destination country’s government. While Tehzeeb is not responsible for customs charges incurred on international deliveries, we are happy to help you understand current customs regulations in your country. Returns & Exchanges
Our goal is to ensure your complete satisfaction. If you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it back to us within 15 days of the purchase date. Tehzeeb gladly accepts returns of unworn, unwashed, undamaged or defective items, in their original packaging for a refund. Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment or store credit, whichever you prefer.
Returns may be subject to a 15% Restocking Fee. Currently, the return shipping cost has to be managed by the customer. The Restocking Fee will be deducted from your refund.
If you want to exchange for a different item, you will need to return the item and place a new order.
Please note: We reserve the right to send back any product with visible signs of wear. Sale items are final sale and not eligible for refunds.
How to Complete a Return
Returns are quick and easy with our online system!
- 1. Login to your Tehzeeb account and open your Order History.
- 2. Locate the order number for the items you're returning.
- 3. Then go to Returns Center. Then follow the following steps,
STEP 1: REQUEST RMA NUMBER
- Enter your order number and email address.
- Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return.
- Once your request is approved, you will get a confirmation email with shipping guidelines.
STEP 2: PACK THE ITEMS
- Place your item in the original packaging and/or sturdy box and secure.
- The return must be properly packaged to protect against damage in transit.
- The RMA # must be clearly written on the shipment.
STEP 3: SHIP THE ITEMS
- The return shipping charges are to be paid by you.
- Any damage or shipping stickers applied to the original packaging during shipping will affect the return and can result in higher restocking charges on that item.
Please note: Tehzeeb is not responsible for shipping fees or lost returns. You will be refunded for the items returned, not the shipping costs or any customs/duty fees you might have incurred upon receiving your order.
