All items are handmade at Tehzeeb. This means that no two items are exactly the same. Also during photography, we try our best to ensure product colors shown are a true depiction of the actual product colors, we do not guarantee a true color match. There may be slight variations in thread color, or fabric color. We promise, however, that any variations are slight and minimal!
Your order will be processed within 24-48 business hours. Once your order has shipped, an email will be sent to you containing tracking details. Additionally, please allow 24-48 business hours for your shipment details to update with USPS.
Yes! You can always ask us to gift wrap the order and also write your gift message in the Order Note section in your cart.
Unfortunately as we mentioned before, we start packing your order as soon as your order is placed. Thus it is not possible to change the order as it is marked ready within sometime after you place the order.

Tehzeeb Loyalty Program is our way of giving you back all the love that you show us! You'll earn points for various activities, events on our store including purchases, and referring to friends. All you need is an account on our store to join the program! *whispers* Also, this will give access to many members-only sales as well as loyalty discounts!
You can earn points for a number of activities. To know more click the 'Rewards' button that you see on the bottom left of your screen!
And there is no limit as to how many points that you can earn! But remember, your points will expire after 12 months of earning them.
You can always exchange your points for coupons in the 'Rewards' button on the bottom left of your screen. Once redeemed, you can always use that coupon at check out!
Your earned points will be canceled and will be removed from your account. :(
You, or one of the friend you referred to, canceled or returned a purchase. :(
Though we would se sad to see you go :( , but you can always email us at email@example.com and ask us to delete your account from our program. All the points you have, will be deleted as well.
If you wish to join again, contact us and we will add you again, but you will have to start again with 0 points.

At Tehzeeb, we work hard to fulfill your orders as soon as you place them and dispatch them within 24 - 48 business hours. Once your order is processed, the shipping time varies based on the shipping method that is chosen!
Please allow us more time during SALE period as the order inflow is hard to handle!
Custom or duty fees is the fees charged by countries on imported goods based on weight and size of the package. Thus this fee vary from country-to-country and package to package. Most countries don’t charge this tax on every package but we can't say whether or not your package will be stopped, inspected, and taxed in customs. For this reason, we are not able to guarantee whether or not you will be charged a customs fee or provide a specific estimate about how much this fee will be. Returns, Refunds and Exhanges
We inspect each item three times - once, when it reaches our facility from our workshop, second, when we differentiate and store our products, and third, before packing your order!
But still if we miss anything, feel free to let us know!
In such a rare case, please contact our team before sending the product back! We will not accept any returns with damages without being notified beforehand. Our team will gladly assist you in this!
