Important:

  • Always do a patch test before applying over your scalp.
  • Go with trial-and-error method, as some ingredients might be itchy, allergic, or not suitable to some.

Hair Mask 1: For Shine and Nourishment

Ingredients:

  1. Honey – 1 teaspoon
  2. Egg – 1
  3. Apple Cider Vinegar – 1 tablespoon

Directions:

  1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl.
  2. Using a brush or your fingertips (always preferred) apply all over the scalp as well as the length.
  3. Leave it on for about 30 minutes.
  4. Rinse your hair with lukewarm water.

Ingredients:

  1. Turmeric Powder – 1 tablespoon
  2. Neem Powder – 4 tablespoons
  3. Rose Water – 4 to 5 tablespoons, enough to make a flowy paste.

  2. Using a brush or your fingertips (always preferred) apply over your scalp.
  3. Leave it on for about 30 minutes.

Ingredients:

  1. Coconut Oil – ½ cup
  2. Eggs – 2 OR Honey – 2 tablespoons
  3. Aloe Vera Gel – 2 tablespoons
  4. Peppermint Oil – 2 drops (to dilute the smell of eggs)

Directions:

  1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl.
  2. Using a brush or your fingertips (always preferred) apply over the scalp as well as to the length.
  3. Leave it on for about 1 hour.
  4. Wash your hair with warm water and a mild shampoo.

Ingredients:

  1. Green Tea – 1 cup
  2. Peppermint Oil – 2 drops
  3. Apple Cider Vinegar – 1 tablespoon

Directions:

  1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl.
  2. Using a brush or your fingertips (always preferred) massage into scalp.

Ingredients:

  1. Avocado (mashed) – Half
  2. Egg – 1
  3. Olive Oil – 1 tablespoon

  2. Using a brush or your fingertips (always preferred) apply to wet hair, starting from bottom and working your way up.
  3. For best results, tie a bun and cover with a shower cap and blow dry over the shower cap for 5 minutes.

  3. Brush or comb your hair thoroughly to detangle your hair.

      (Replace it with Lemon Juice – 1 teaspoon for oily hair)

  2. Raw Organic Honey – 1 tablespoon

  3. Cover with a shower cap so that the mask stays in place.

  1. Coconut Oil – 2 tablespoons
  2. Olive Oil – 2 tablespoons
  3. Lavender Essential Oil – 2 to 3 drops

Directions:

  1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl or you can even prepare the mixture in a jar for storing.
  2. If you are preparing just before applying, you can warm up the Coconut Oil for about 30 to 45 seconds in a microwave. This will promote blood circulation in the scalp.
  3. Using your fingertips apply the oils over the hair length and then on the scalp and massage it gently for a few minutes.
  4. Leave it on for about 40 minutes to an hour.
  5. Wash your hair with lukewarm water.

Hair Mask 17: For Dandruff and increase the Elasticity, promoting thicker hair

Ingredients:

  1. Flaxseeds – ¼ cup
  2. Lemon Juice – 2 tablespoons
  3. Water – 3 cups
  4. Tea Tree Oil – 2 to 3 drops

Directions:

  1. In a bowl, soak ¼ cup of flaxseeds in 1 cup water, overnight.
  2. In the morning, add 2 more cups of water to the flaxseeds and bring it to boil.
  3. When the mixture thickens, reduce the flame, and add the lemon juice.
  4. After 4 to 5 minutes, turn off the heat and let it cool.
  5. Once it is cooled, add Tea Tree oil.
  6. Using your fingertips apply the gel all over the hair.
  7. Cover the hair using a shower cap.
  8. Leave it on for about 2 to 3 hours, or for best results, overnight.
  9. Wash your hair with warm water and shampoo as usual.

Ingredients:

  1. Almond Milk – 5 tablespoons
  2. Egg White – 3 tablespoons
  3. Coconut Oil – 2 tablespoons

Directions:

  2. Using a brush apply the mixture all over the hair, focusing on scalp.
  3. Leave it on for about 30 to 40 minutes, for extremely dry hair – overnight.

Hair Mask 20: For Moisturizing, Soothing and healthy Hair Growth.

Ingredients:

  1. Almond Paste – 3 teaspoons

       (10 – 12 soaked skinned almonds blended with 3 tablespoons rosewater or         milk)

  1. Honey – 5 tablespoons
  2. Whole Milk Cream – 3 tablespoons

Directions:

  1. Combine almond paste and honey in a bowl.
  2. Beat the cream until fluffy and add it to the honey – almond paste mixture.
  3. Comb your hair to remove tangles.
  4. Using a brush, apply the mixture from roots to tips.
  5. Leave it on for about 30 minutes.
  6. Wash your hair cool water.

Best for which Hair Type/s: Dry hair, for other hair types, use cream scantily. For oily hair, use only 2 tablespoon almond milk or any other milk in place of cream.
